Our holiday apartments are conveniently located in one of the most beautiful regions of Germany – the Chiemgau. Below we give you an overview of how to reach us most easily.

Please contact us by phone or email one day before arrival to let us know your approximate arrival time! From 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. we are happy to offer you a personal check-in, during which we show you the apartment, explain special features and give tips for the region.

🚙 By car

• from Rosenheim: via B15 (approx. 30 minutes)
• from Munich: via A94 or B304 (approx. 1 hour)
• from Salzburg: via A8 (approx. 1 hour 30 minutes)

If you arrive by car, a free, designated parking space is available on our property. Free parking spaces are also available for your guests – please feel free to contact us about this.
 If you are arriving with a trailer, caravan or similar vehicle, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. Upon your arrival, we will assign you a suitable parking spot.
 Are you traveling with an electric or hybrid vehicle? You are welcome to use our EV charging station for a fee. We will explain the procedure, terms of use and current prices on site.

🚃 By train

• from Rosenheim: direct train connection to Wasserburg (Inn) station (approx. 30 minutes)
• from Munich: direct train connection to Edling or Wasserburg (Inn) station (approx. 1 hour) or transfer connection at Grafing Bahnhof
• from Salzburg: transfer connection in Rosenheim (total 1 hour 45 minutes)

We are happy to offer you a shuttle service to and from the train stations Edling, Wasserburg (Inn) or Grafing Bahnhof. The price per trip is €15.00 from Edling or Wasserburg (Inn) and €55.00 from Grafing. Please note that prices may vary on weekends or public holidays.
 The fare applies for up to 3 people and up to 3 pieces of luggage. The shuttle service must be requested in advance (up to 48 hours prior).

• Munich Airport (MUC): 55 km (approx. 1 hour by car)
• Salzburg Airport (SZG): 90 km (approx. 1.5 hours by car)

🛎️ Check-in



Once you have arrived, you can either call us or ring the bell at Hufschmid-Glas. We will welcome you personally, show you the apartment and explain all special features.

 If you arrive after 9:00 p.m., we unfortunately cannot welcome you in person anymore. From that time onward, a self check-in is available. In this case, you will receive the keys to the apartment via a small safe at the front door. Please request your personal access code for the key safe in advance.


To ensure all guests enjoy a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to observe quiet hours between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.. During this time, please do not ring the bell at our door or at other residents’ doors, avoid loud music and noise, and close doors as quietly as possible.
