At both of our holiday apartments, you can enjoy numerous extras included free of charge in your accommodation price. Whether parking directly in front of the house, additional equipment for your child or dog, tips about the surrounding area or sightseeing recommendations – all these small and big details allow you to enjoy your holiday in the beautiful Chiemgau region carefree and relaxed!
Apple Juice for Sale
5 liters of cloudy apple juice – €20.00
Our apple juice is made from untreated apples in organic quality. It is naturally cloudy, with no added sugar and no preservatives.
The apples were harvested this year, hand-picked, and pollinated with the help of bees – a true natural delight!
Equipment for Babies and Toddlers
If you are traveling with a baby or toddler, we are happy to provide you with free additional equipment, including a high chair, baby cot, bed linen, sleeping bag, toys, books, and drawing materials.
Please let us know before arrival what you will need.
Equipment for Your Dog
Your dog is also very welcome here! Please note that only dogs are allowed – cats or other pets cannot be accommodated.
For your four-legged friend, we provide a set including a dog blanket, bowls, towel, and small treats.
The cost is €10.00 per night per animal for direct bookings via our website, or €15.00 per night per animal for bookings via OTAs.
Bed Linen
We provide you with free allergy-friendly camel-hair bed linen for your stay.
For stays longer than 10 days, we are happy to wash your bed linen if needed. Simply place it outside your door and inform us – we will take care of the rest.
Bicycles
You may rent our bicycles for €10.00 per bike per day. Please always lock the bikes with the provided lock and return them in the same condition.
If a bike is returned damaged, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €150.00.
Shuttle Service
We are happy to offer a shuttle service to and from the stations Edling, Wasserburg (Inn), or Grafing Bahnhof.
The price per trip is €15.00 from Edling or Wasserburg (Inn) and €55.00 from Grafing.
Please note that prices may vary on weekends or public holidays.
The fare applies for up to 3 people and up to 3 pieces of luggage.
The shuttle service must be requested in advance (up to 48 hours before).
Fresh Bread Rolls & Bakery Goods
On Sundays and public holidays (Bavarian holidays), you can have selected bakery products delivered directly to your doorstep. You choose the items from the list below, and we bring them conveniently to your accommodation.
Our baked goods come from the Bakery Wasserburg, where rolls, cakes, and bread are freshly baked daily using selected ingredients (partly organic). In addition to many types of rolls, there are up to 100 different types of bread – from classic farmhouse bread to organic wholegrain bread. Products suitable for wheat, lactose, yeast, and gluten intolerances are also available.
Prices may slightly differ from those directly at the bakery. Please inform us about any intolerances when placing your order.
We cannot guarantee that all listed products are available at all times. Please also note that we (The Old Farmhouse team) are not liable for the quality of the products. We have no cooperation with Bakery Wasserburg and receive no commission for this service.
Orders must be placed by 6:00 p.m. on Saturday or the day before a public holiday.
In addition to the cost of the baked goods (according to the bakery receipt), we charge a flat service fee of €5.00.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out
We are happy to welcome you personally between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.. During check-in, we will show you the apartment, explain special features, and give you tips about the region.
If you arrive after 9:00 p.m., our self check-in is available. You will receive the keys via a small safe at the front door. Please request your personal access code for the key safe in good time.
Check-out is possible until 10:00 a.m..
Depending on availability, we also offer an early check-in (before 4:00 p.m.) or a late check-out (after 10:00 a.m.) for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance so we can discuss options and costs.
Please note that departure after 10:00 a.m. without prior agreement is not possible and will incur an additional fee of €50.00 in cash.
Luggage Storage
We are happy to store your luggage free of charge before or after your stay – so you can enjoy your time completely relaxed.
Grill
You can rent a grill including charcoal and lighter for €30.00. Just let us know – we will provide it for you. Please clean it roughly after use.
Towels
During your stay, towels are provided free of charge. Please help us protect the environment by reusing them whenever possible.
For stays longer than 10 days, we offer free towel washing. Simply place them outside your door and inform us.
For trips to the lake or swimming pool, special swimming towels are provided in the apartment. Please do not use regular towels for this.
Organizing Tickets
If desired, we are happy to assist you before or during your stay with finding and organizing tickets for events of any kind.
Please let us know if we can help.
Parking
If you arrive by car, a free designated parking space is available on our property. Free parking is also available for your guests.
If you arrive with a trailer, caravan, or similar vehicle, please inform us in advance so we can assign a suitable space.
Arriving with an electric or hybrid vehicle? You may use our EV charging station for a fee. We will explain usage, conditions, and current prices on site.
Mail Service
You may have letters or parcels sent to us free of charge before or during your stay. Please inform us in advance. For correct delivery, add “c/o The Old Farmhouse” to the address.
Important: We cannot accept customs-dutiable parcels or mail.
Tips for the Area & Sightseeing
Would you like to explore the region or are you looking for special excursion destinations? We are happy to help! Whether sights, hiking routes, restaurants, or hidden gems – just ask us anytime.
We are happy to give you personal recommendations to make your stay unforgettable. You will also find additional tips in this digital guest folder.
Table Reservations
There are many restaurants in the area, and we are happy to recommend them. We also assist you with table reservations so you can enjoy your stay comfortably and culinary-wise.
Storage for Bikes or Motorbikes
If you bring a bicycle, e-bike, or motorbike, we offer free storage facilities. Just ask us and we will show you where to park it safely.
Laundry & Ironing
In the Hirsch apartment (1st floor), a washing machine with detergent and a drying rack are available free of charge.
The Edelweiss apartment (ground floor) does not have a washing machine. In special cases, you may use the shared laundry room. A full wash cycle including detergent and drying costs €15.00. Please contact us beforehand.
Currently, no iron or ironing board is provided in the apartments. If needed, we can provide them for a €15.00 fee.
WiFi
Our WiFi via the Deutsche Telekom fiber network is available free of charge in all areas.
