How wonderful that you are here! We are delighted to welcome you to our holiday apartment and wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay. On this page you will find all the important information about your home away from home.
Your Apartment
Please make yourself at home. In your holiday apartment (Edelweiss or Hirsch) you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay – including fresh bed linen, towels, and tea towels. If you are missing anything, please feel free to contact us.
Kitchen
Both apartments feature a modern, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher (including tablets), stove/oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and Nespresso machine with capsules. Tea, coffee, spices, oil, and vinegar are also provided free of charge.
Bathroom
The Holiday Apartment Edelweiss (ground floor) has a barrier-free bathroom with a walk-in shower (also suitable for wheelchair users). Upon arrival, you will find complimentary toiletries, towels in different sizes, and toilet paper.
The Holiday Apartment Hirsch (1st floor) features a bright bathroom with shower, washing machine (including detergent), towels in different sizes, toilet paper, and additional toiletries. The washing machine can be used free of charge.
Towels
During your stay, towels are provided free of charge. Please help us protect the environment by reusing your towels whenever possible.
For stays longer than 10 days, we offer free washing of your towels.
For trips to the lake or swimming pool, you will find special swimming towels in the apartment.
Bedroom
The Edelweiss apartment (ground floor) has a modern bedroom, fully renovated in November 2022. It features a large double bed (180x200 cm), an oversized allergy-friendly duvet (also suitable for vegans), a large wardrobe, and air conditioning.
The Hirsch apartment (1st floor) has two separate bedrooms where you can fully relax. Enjoy a private TV, air conditioning, and comfortable beds.
Bed Linen
We provide free bed linen for your stay. Upon request, we also offer allergy-friendly camel hair bed linen.
For stays longer than 10 days, we are happy to wash your bed linen if needed. Simply place it outside your door and inform us – we will take care of the rest.
Living Room (only in Edelweiss / ground floor)
Only the Edelweiss apartment (ground floor) features an open living room connected to the kitchen via a sliding door. It offers a cozy atmosphere for long movie or game nights. Games, books, and DVDs are available. The smart TV provides internet access so you can connect your Netflix or Amazon Prime account.
The large sofa can accommodate 2 additional guests if needed – making this apartment suitable for families with children up to 4 people upon request.
Terrace or Balcony
Both the terrace and the balcony allow you to enjoy breakfast outdoors in the morning or relax in the evening. Garden furniture, a sun umbrella, and loungers are provided free of charge.
WiFi
Our WiFi via the Deutsche Telekom fiber network is available free of charge in all areas.

Quiet Hours
To ensure all guests enjoy a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to observe quiet hours between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. During this time, please do not ring the bell at our house or at other residents’ homes, avoid loud music and noise, and close doors as quietly as possible.
House Rules
Strictly no smoking inside the building! Please smoke only on the terrace or outside the door. In case of non-compliance, we will charge the additional costs incurred due to more extensive cleaning in full.
We kindly ask guests not to hold parties and to refrain from loud music during quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During this time, no friends or visitors are allowed. Thank you for your understanding so that all guests feel comfortable.
Overnight stays of additional persons are generally not permitted. Please inform us in advance if additional guests wish to stay – we will then check if this is possible. If an additional person stays without prior agreement, we will charge €90.00 per night per person.
Check-out & Cleaning
Check-out is possible on the day of departure until 10:00 a.m.. If you wish to depart later, please let us know in good time. Please leave the accommodation in a tidy condition and place used towels in the designated laundry container.
